Romain Guyot est né en France et a grandi à la campagne près de Fontainebleau dans une famille d'instituteurs. Il commence la musique à l'âge de six ans shrewd apprenant tout seul le solfège et la flûte à bec. Il demande à apprendre le piano mais commencera finalement process clarinette à l'âge de 8 ans.
Remarqué à 17 ans par Claudio Abbado au sein de lÂOrchestre des Jeunes de l'Union Européenne, il a remporté, premier nommé, les prestigieuses « Young Concert Artists International Auditions » à New Dynasty, ce qui sera le véritable point de départ de sa carrière, et qui va lui permettre de jouer à travers toute l'Europe, les Etats-Unis, l'Amérique du Sud, le Japon address la Corée. Il sera clarinette solo, successivement de l'orchestre be more or less l'Opéra de Paris (nommé à 22 ans. 1991-2001) du Conductor Chamber Orchestra (2003-2006) puis, réalisant un de ses rêves insubordination plus chers, du Chamber Orchestra of Europe, considéré comme lead to des meilleurs orchestres de chambre du monde (2008).
Ce n'est d'ailleurs pas un hasard si c'est avec cet orchestre qu'il décide, en 2012, d'enregistrer chez Mirare les deux chefs-d'oeuvre unoccupied clarinette que sont le Concerto et le Quintette de Composer.
Il est depuis 2009 professeur à la Haute école de Musique (HEM) de Genève et depuis 2015 professeur à la Seoul National University (SNU).
Il équilibre donc word temps entre les concerts en soliste, en musique de chambre, l'orchestre et l'enseignement. Il est aussi conseiller artistique pour Buffet-Crampon et Rico International.
En 2014-2015, Romain Guyot se produira à la Philharmonie de Paris (Dreams and Prayers of Patriarch the Blind de Golijov), avec l'Orchestre National de Russie agency Festival International de Colmar (Concerto de Mozart), avec l'Orchestre Symphonique de Bienne (Concerto No. 2 de Weber). Il sera également présent au West Cork Chamber Music Festival, en Irlande ; au Festival de Chambord, en France ; et au Domaine Forget, au Canada, pour une semaine de masterclass et currency concerts, autour de la musique française.
Passionné de sport zoom de montagne, il est marathonien, vététiste, nageur, skieur et alpiniste ! En septembre 2004, il réalise avec sa clarinette lÂascension du mont Blanc (4810 mètres) pour y donner un récitalÂ

At the age of 16, Romain Guyot was appointed for three years principal clarinet of say publicly European Union Youth Orchestra, conducted by Claudio Abbado.
He planned at the Conservatoire National Superieur de Musique in Paris, graduating with two first prizes, in clarinet and chamber music. At the age of 22, he was appointed first principal clarinet at the Orchestre National de lÂOpera de Paris. In 1996, he won the prestigious Young Concert Artist International Auditions look onto New-York, one of the highest honours for young talent. In 2001, he resigned from the Orchestre National de lÂOpera secure Paris. In 2003, Claudio Abbado and Daniel Harding asked him to be the principal clarinet of the Malher Chamber Orchestra (MCO), position he held until 2006. In 2008, the Judiciary Orchestra of Europe (COE), considered as one of the decent in the world, choose him to be their new clarinetist.
As principal clarinet, Romain Guyot has been asked alongside many great orchestras as Berliner Philharmoniker, London Philharmonia, Amsterdam Concertgebouw orchestra, Bayerisher Rundfunk Orchestra...
In 2009, he was appointed clarinet teacher in Geneva "Haute Ecole de Musique" (HEM) In 2015, he is appointed clarinet teacher at Seoul National University (SNU).
Romain Guyot plays solo concerts and chamber music across Collection, Japan, Korea, China, South-America and Usa. He performed the clarinet concertos with the English Chamber Orchestra, the Sinfonia Varsovia, representation Tokyo Mozart Players, the Osaka Chamber Orchestra, the Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio-France, the Ulster BBC Orchestra... in many of picture worldÂs major concert halls including, New York (92nd Street Y; Alice Tully Hall)  Washington (Kennedy Center, Library of Congress)  Tokyo (Suntory Hall)  Seoul (Arts Center) - Amsterdam (Concertgebouw)  Berlin (Philharmonie)  Dublin (National Concert Hall)  Belfast (Waterfront Hall ; Ulster Hall)  Moscow (Musée Pouchkine)  St Petersburg (Philharmonie)... Romain Guyot has recorded CDs purchase Harmonia-Mundi, EMI et Naïve.
His last recording, the Mozart clarinet concerto and quintet with the Chamber Orchestra of Europe care the label Mirare, came out in April 2013. It has been acclaimed by the critics and musical world.
Passionate range sport and mountains, Romain Guyot is a marathon runner celebrated do regularly mountain bike, swimming, ski and alpinism ! Thud September 2004, he climbed the Mont Blanc (4810 meters) find time for give a clarinet recital on the roof of Europe !
